About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis.
This is a hands-on role where you will support day-to-day HR Admin, ensure our people processes are followed, from onboarding through to offboarding.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving employee engagement activities that make a real impact, supporting how we structure our teams and plan for the future, and maintaining all admin related to recruitment and absence management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and coordinate induction and onboarding
- Management and upkeep of HR systems and employee filing
- Gaining hands-on experience with more complex employee relations issues, from performance management to conduct concerns, always ensuring a fair outcome
What We're Looking For:
- A year (or more) of HR experience, ideally from a fast-paced or evolving business
- A natural communicator who knows how to build relationships and influence people at all levels
- You like to take initiative, solve problems, and get stuck in, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in a HR role with employees in different locations
- Fair employment monitoring/ Article 55 experience
