The Role – EU Competition & Procurement Solicitor
You will work across a wide range of matters including:
Merger control and competition filings
Cartel investigations and regulatory enforcement
Abuse of dominance and state aid
Public procurement and advisory work
Foreign direct investment and regulatory screening
EU and Irish litigation matters
Cross‑team collaboration with Corporate, M&A and Disputes teams
The Person
Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE
Experience in EU competition, regulatory or procurement law
Strong academic background
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A collaborative and proactive approach
