Renewable Energy Investment Specialist
This position focuses on identifying and originating new renewable energy projects across Europe, as well as developing financial and valuation models to support acquisition due diligence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and originating new renewable energy projects throughout Europe.
* Developing detailed financial/valuation models and supporting acquisition due diligence for potential investments in wind, solar and energy storage.
* Performing regional market and competitive analysis to support entry into new markets throughout Europe.
* Contributing to project financing, agreement negotiations (share purchase, joint developments) and other projects.
Requirements for Success:
A third-level degree in finance, business, engineering or similar is required. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, transaction services, investment, corporate banking or similar. Strong financial modelling skills with a keen commercial acumen are essential.
