We are seeking a highly skilled Systems and Controls Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who is passionate about supporting operational teams in identifying system issues and changes into business systems.
This role will play a key part in leading the Change Board process, ensuring it is understood and adhered to by all relevant parties. The ideal candidate will have 3 years minimum experience in either Project and/or Change management, with experience in analysis and development of business systems (e.g., CRM). Proficiency in MS packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Share Point portals is also required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Leading the Change Board process and implementing changes to make it more efficient
* Proactive review of Jira enhancements queue and track, manage, escalate, and report back to the business team on paths to resolution
* Review and prioritize upcoming workstreams and enhancements to ensure issues are being addressed and resolved in a timely manner
* SUPPORT EY Operations and ICT in analysis of relevant Jira items
* Establish and manage key internal relationships, particularly in relation to co-working within the EYEP Operations Directorate, and with key shared services affecting operations and delivery of supports to EY Service Providers
* Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted business systems advisor to drive a consistent approach to change processing across Early Years Operations and to provide service excellence to our customers and colleagues
To be considered for this role, you must have a relevant Third Level qualification (e.g., Degree) or equivalent.
