Service Coordinator Role
This key position will assist in the delivery of maintenance operations, focusing on business development, service coordination and customer management within the HVAC industry.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical and administrative support to customers, management and staff.
2. Maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
3. Promptly issue reports, quotations and tenders.
4. Coordinate and prioritise service calls, engineers and customer appointments.
5. Review service reports, prepare invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients.
6. Schedule and oversee maintenance visits, ensuring timely completion and follow up quotations.
7. Manage purchasing activities, including purchase orders, delivery dockets and supplier invoices.
8. Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
* Degree in Building Services or related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years experience in the HVAC industry.
* Strong background in HVAC services.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
