These posts are within the Woman and Child Directorate, based at Raigmore hospital, primarily within the Maternity Unit. We are seeking motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Workers to join a busy, fast-paced service. The role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing service demands across the maternity pathway. Successful candidates will support midwifery and the wider multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to women and their families throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and the postnatal period.
