Overview
Security Operative (Night shift) – Department: Security. Location: Adare Manor, Adare, Co. Limerick. Reporting to: Loss Prevention Manager. Primary function of the role is prevention of anything that is likely to cause loss, waste, damage or inconvenience to the Company, our team members and guests.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
* Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other security systems.
* Control access to buildings and facilities.
* Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
* Write accurate and detailed incident and shift reports.
* Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and authoritative presence.
* Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.

Occasional Responsibilities
* To work in other locations or departments on a temporary basis as designated when required.
* To be available to work nights, evenings, weekends on occasion when required in order to ensure Resort standards/requirements are met.
* To carry out any other reasonable task requested by a member of the leadership team.
