What You'll Be Doing
6. Cook and present high-quality dishes quickly and efficiently
7. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
8. Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
9. Manage prep, stock, and overall kitchen organisation
10. Adjust dishes to meet dietary needs and client preferences
What We're Looking For
11. At least 2 years of experience in a busy, high-volume kitchen. Experience in contract catering is a bonus
12. Culinary qualification is an advantage but not essential
13. Manual Handling and HACCP certification required. Training can be provided
14. Availability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends
