Main Responsibilities
">

1. Manage and inspire a team to perform maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including instrumentation, PLCs, and Variable Speed Drives.

2. Reduce equipment downtime through quick responses, thorough root cause analysis, and effective problem-solving.
">
3. Train electricians on electrical systems and instrumentation, enhancing their fault-finding abilities.
">
4. Oversee a team of maintenance electricians, apprentices, and contractor electricians.
">
5. Ensure the completion and continuous review of planned maintenance routines using the PEMAC maintenance management system.
">

Requirements for Success
">
">
* Showcase ability to effectively manage and motivate team members.
">
* Qualified Electrician with QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Electrical or equivalent.
">
* Proficient in switchgear, MCC controls, relay logic, and various AC and DC voltage systems.
">
* Possess high-level diagnostic and problem-solving skills in an industrial setting.
">
* Familiar with mechanical and electrical process plants and related maintenance activities within the wastewater industry.
">
* Bring 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
">
* Demonstrate thorough understanding of Health & Safety statutory requirements, responsibilities, and obligations.
