Description:
* Be the first point of contact for candidates and clients – chatting by phone, email, or in person.
* Support recruitment activities like reviewing CVs/resumes and documents.
* Keep all info up to date and upload candidate details into our ATS system.
* Manage department inboxes and handle data entry.
* Prepare and maintain spreadsheets.
* Communicate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.
* Answer calls and handle admin tasks to support the team.
* Make sure clients and candidates get the best customer service experience possible.
* Great phone manner and a positive, enthusiastic personality.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Confident using PC programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* A flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing situations.
* Willingness to learn – we’ll provide full training, so don’t worry if you don’t tick every box!
