Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for service customers - in person, over the phone, and online
* Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient workshop loading
* Provide accurate estimates, explain service work clearly, and obtain customer authorisations
* Liaise between customers and the workshop, keeping both parties updated
* Promote additional services and maintenance plans where appropriate
* Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
* Ensure all invoicing, warranty, and service documentation is completed accurately
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role (automotive industry preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident with IT systems and booking software
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for customer care
