We have 5 cafes (Fairview, Raheny, Clontarf, Phibsborough & Grangegorman). We’re a growing business with a close-knit team of creative chefs. We are ambitious about our food and make everything in our own kitchens from scratch.
We are hiring an Experienced Pastry Chef to work in the evening under instruction from our Senior Pastry Chef. While based in our Clontarf location, the role involves preparing cakes & pastries for multiple locations as well as corporate events.
The person who will fill this role will:
1. Have experience in a similar environment
2. Understand and champion food presentation & finishing of pastry
3. Be dependable & hardworking
4. Be confident & organised working in a busy environment
