We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Accounts Administrator
to join our finance team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounts functions, with particular responsibility for
accounts payable, procurement, office equipment and supplies, archive systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the creditors ledger, including processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and preparing payments
Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes
Implement procurement policies across the company, provide support for procurement activities, including drafting tender documents, raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
Monitor supplier queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain stocks of office equipment and stationary supplies across the organisation.
Manage the company archive room
Support month-end and year-end processes as required
Maintain accurate financial records and support audits
Undertake general accounts and administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar Accounts Administrator or finance support role
Strong experience in creditors/accounts payable
Experience with procurement and purchase order systems
Previous involvement in stock taking and inventory control
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Accounts technician or relevant finance qualification (or working towards)
Experience working in a high-volume accounts environment
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Experience in the non-profit sector
