The Northern Ireland Housing Executive has a vacancy for an ongoing temporary contract basis to work from their head office in Belfast City Centre as part of the Land and Regeneration management department.
1. You will have responsibility for coordinating and completing technical assessments which supports the delivery of the Social Housing Development Programme including producing reports and recommendations for actions.
2. This role will require you to flexibly work within a dynamic environment as business activities continue to evolve to meet increasing levels of demand. You must ensure that agreed programme applications are technically assessed taking account of Design Compliance, Costs, Value For Money etc., facilitating required starts and associated budget expenditure within each financial year period.
3. Undertake pre-assessment discussions with external partners such as Housing Association (HA) via ad-hoc meetings
4. You'll provide technical advice and assessment responding queries from external partners colleagues Supporting People /Housing Services etc., performing audits on sample completed schemes ensuring they comply proposals approved by Development Programme Group(site visits & As Built drawing checks)
