Our client, a family owned hotel group, is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to drive growth across their portfolio of unique properties. As a senior leader, you will shape their commercial strategy, elevate brand identity, and boost revenue from room sales, events, and corporate accounts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to grow market share. Enhance each propertys brand through targeted digital and traditional campaigns. Drive room sales, wedding/event bookings, and corporate retention. Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy. Lead and inspire a sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious goals. Build partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and corporate clients. Oversee CRM, social media, SEO, and website strategies to increase direct bookings. Who You Are 7+ years of senior sales and marketing experience in hospitality or luxury sectors. Proven track record in revenue growth, brand development, and team leadership. Skilled in digital marketing, revenue management, and corporate sales. Strong communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of Irish/UK hospitality markets is a plus. Skills: Sales and Marketing
