The role is ideal for someone who wants consistent, meaningful part-time work in a professional setting.You'll be the organisational backbone of our office, ensuring client paperwork and compliance tasks run smoothly and nothing slips through the cracks.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing and sending client application forms (via Adobe Sign).Liaising with pension and investment providers to track paperwork.Scheduling client meetings and managing the team calendar.Logging compliance tasks and updating client CRM records.Sitting in on quarterly client reviews to capture action points.Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.What We're Looking ForPrevious admin experience in financial services (life & pensions desirable).QFA qualification is an advantage, but not essential — recent hands-on admin experience is more valuable.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Confident with IT systems (CRM, Microsoft Office, digital signatures).Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.A team player who enjoys contributing in a small, collaborative office.Why Join Us?Flexible part-time hours (20 hrs/week, family-friendly scheduling).Onsite role with stability and long-term opportunity.Supportive team environment with training provided.A values-led firm where your contribution makes a real difference.Job Type: Part-timePay: €20,000.00-€25,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 20 per weekBenefits:FlexitimeOn-site parkingApplication question(s):This role is 20 hours per week, office-based, with a fixed agreed schedule (with some flexibility).
