Kildare.This Accounts Administrator role will provide finance support across all three companies.The RoleThis is a varied accounts support position offering full training. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day accounts payable, reconciliations, and general administration, with a small element of credit control. You will be based on-site, working full-time within a busy finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain supplier invoices, credits, and company credit cards.Assist with monthly payment runs and daily supplier queries.Enter and process bank payments.Perform supplier and bank reconciliations.Manage non-supplier payments, fuel cards, and toll tags.Support credit control (small element).Provide ad hoc accounts administration as required.HoursMonday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm (1-hour lunch break).What's on OfferCompetitive salary package.Full training provided.Opportunity to work with a market-leading group of businesses.
