The Role: Impact & Strategy
As an
Account Manager
, you will own the strategic relationship with some of the largest companies in the German-speaking market. You will move beyond "transactional" selling to become a trusted advisor, identifying business pain points and solving them with cutting-edge AI technology.
* Strategic Account Ownership:
Manage the full lifecycle of the partnership, from initial engagement through to complex negotiation and closing.
* Consultative Advisory:
Deeply understand client infrastructure to transform complex AI technical capabilities into clear, high-impact business value.
* Executive Engagement:
Execute outbound and expansion strategies to engage C-suite and senior leadership within the Enterprise space.
* Pipeline Excellence:
Maintain a high-velocity pipeline while ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.
* Collaborative Success:
Work alongside internal product and technical teams to ensure long-term customer value, retention, and account growth.
What You Bring
* Linguistic Excellence:
Native or professional fluency in
German
and English.
* SaaS/Tech Expertise:
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, specifically within Tech, SaaS, or Cloud environments. Mid-Market or Enterprise experience is essential.
* Executive Presence:
The sophistication to navigate complex procurement processes and the "gravitas" to pitch to C-level stakeholders.
* Results-Driven Mindset:
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets through proactive account development.
* Adaptability:
