Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to work with a nationwide network of financial advisors across various branches. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of all financial products and a moderate knowledge of other product lines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide advice to customers covering all their financial needs, particularly in the areas of protection, investment, savings, and pensions.
* Work with management to support, enable, and ensure the achievement of business goals.
* Grow and retain assets under management by providing excellent advice and customer service to mass market customers.
* Support the development of key staff in assigned business centres/branches in building skills and expertise in identifying and engaging customers with financial planning needs.
* Maintain strong partnerships with colleagues across multiple channels to position the business appropriately.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified as a Financial Advisor.
* Ideal experience in a similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
