We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring colleagues, ensuring outstanding customer service, and managing cash and stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

* Manage cash, stock control, refunds, and exchanges.
* Support recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
