About You The ideal candidate should have excellent technical and functional expertise in Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft cloud solutions and technologies (Office 365, Power BI, Fabric, etc.)
and a keen interest in expanding their skillset into Artificial Intelligence.
What You'll Do You will be responsible for the overall design of Business Applications within the Microsoft Power Platform, utilizing Dynamics 365, the Dataverse, and Azure components.
You will assist customers with assessments of their business needs, mapping these to system and technical requirements, and implementing within Dynamics 365.
You will lead your team of business analysts, project leads, developers, and testers to deliver complete solutions to clients.
You will also support sales activities, design conceptual architecture and technical solutions, use KPIs to measure project quality, define requirements, oversee client issue resolution, and travel as required.
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: Solution envisioning and design in an Agile environment using Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ASP.NET MVC, SharePoint, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)Communicating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirementsContributing to go-to-market strategies and promoting capabilitiesServing as a senior architect within the Business Solution teamQualifying opportunities, understanding requirements, and designing solutionsProducing documentation like solution designs, effort estimates, RFP responses, business cases, High-Level Designs, Statements of WorkMentoring developers and ensuring standards are metCollaborating with project management for planning and effort estimationResource allocation and mentoring within sprint teamsIdentifying risks and participating in mitigation activitiesMaintaining relevant documentationSupporting project plans, estimates, and scope for sales proposalsParticipating in customization and configuration of D365 & Power Platform solutionsCandidates should have the following skills and experience: 3+ years as a Solution Architect or similar role in enterprise systems developmentExtensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Experience with technology accelerators and reusable componentsUnderstanding of Microsoft technologies and their integrationExcellent communication skills for technical and business audiencesSelf-management skills for workload managementExperience in a consultancy environment is desirableEntrepreneurial mindset with interest in emerging technologies like AIWhat we offer Early Finish Friday @ 1:30 pmCompetitive remuneration packageCompany matched pensionFlexible hybrid working optionsCompany phone & laptopClear career progression and growth opportunitiesLife assurance, health benefits, on-site gymErgonomic workstations, family leave policies, EAP servicesTraining & certification supportSocial events
