**Job Description**: Senior Hardware Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering division, you will be responsible for developing, executing and documenting comprehensive test plans for hardware validation across various product lines.
You will collaborate closely with the design, firmware and compliance teams to ensure products meet quality, performance and safety standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing, executing and documenting comprehensive test plans for hardware validation
- Performing hands-on testing, fault-finding and root cause analysis on electronic assemblies
- Defining test methodologies, fixtures and custom test setups for prototype and pre-production units

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
* 5+ years' experience in hardware test/validation or electronics development
* Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
* Strong understanding of analogue/digital circuit design and debugging
* Experience with lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, logic analysers, power supplies etc.)
* Knowledge of test development for microcontroller-based systems
* Comfortable working with schematics, layouts and hardware design documentation
* Background in regulated industries (medical, automotive, aerospace, safety-critical etc.)
