Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager to oversee the design process and coordinate project requirements for our clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* A degree in construction-related discipline (e.g., architecture, engineering).
* A minimum of 6 years' experience working as a Design Manager or similar role in construction industry is required. Relevant skills include building information modeling software like Autodesk Revit or Graphisoft ArchiCAD along with traditional CAD tools like AutoCAD LT®. Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana has become highly sought-after. SQL database management will be beneficial but not necessary since an existing platform exists already which serves this purpose nicely enough so there shouldn't need extra programming knowledge needed when hired into company - only high-level overseeing tasks responsibility would exist then afterwards!
