About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering best-in-class pensions administration and driving operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Pensions Manager to lead and enhance the pensions administration services at AIB life Operations. Reporting into our Senior Operations Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our pensions offering, champion change initiatives, and ensure a superior customer experience across our operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and enhance pensions administration processes (PRSAs, PRBs, ARFs)
* Implement regulatory changes and anticipate future pension needs
* Build strong relationships with advisors and external providers
* Manage service providers and ensure high-quality customer service
* Deliver training and support team development
* Ensure accurate regulatory reporting and compliance
Skills & Experience Required
* QFA & RPA qualified
* Significant pensions/insurance industry experience
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused and proactive
* Deep knowledge of Irish pensions regulations
