Job Role:
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Sell fuel products to new and existing customers, ensuring strong relationships are maintained throughout the sales cycle
* Respond promptly to sales enquiries via email and phone, providing timely and accurate information to customers
* Hit revenue, volume, and margin targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
* Understand customer business and decision-making processes to tailor sales approaches and build trust with clients
* Keep abreast of competitors and market trends to stay ahead in the industry
* Develop new customer and further sales opportunities within existing accounts through proactive engagement and relationship-building
* Provide quotations and process customer orders efficiently and accurately
* Update CRM data to ensure accuracy and provide valuable insights for business development
* Complete weekly outbound campaigns to achieve set targets, driving sales growth and expansion
* Work closely with operations team to ensure timely delivery to customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction
* Analyse sales metrics and report on sales activity to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
* Manage customer account balances and liaise with credit team as needed to resolve any discrepancies or issues
Package: Salary up to €35,000, 5% Bonus, 7.5% Pension Contribution, Health Insurance, 22 days holiday.
