Responsibilities
This role requires a senior technical individual to assess the organisation's end-to-end technology landscape, spanning product architecture, data architecture, infrastructure, and core operational systems.
You will have full autonomy to establish and evolve an enterprise architecture function, while remaining hands-on in solution design and architectural decision-making.
Ownership of technical decisions will sit with you, covering both strategic oversight and operational execution.
You will lead significant technical change, guiding the organisation through a journey toward a modern, scalable architecture while defining, validating, and defending technical standards and processes.
You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage and influence across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership and delivery teams.
Strong road mapping and strategic planning capabilities are essential, with responsibility for shaping and communicating the long-term technology vision.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading fast-paced organisations through large-scale technical transformation initiatives.
The current and future landscape is centred on modern architectural principles, with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack.
This is a highly impactful role, with involvement from the earliest stages of the technology road map, including tool selection, architectural patterns, and solution design to ensure a consistent and unified technical estate.
