Overview
A highly regarded construction and engineering company is seeking an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. This is a Permanent - Full Time position based onsite in Dublin West.
The successful candidate will support major pre-qualification and tender submissions across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector developments within the Ireland East region. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused proposals, working with technical teams and senior stakeholders to secure new business and showcase the organisation’s capabilities.

* Working hours: 9.00am - 5.15pm Mon - Thurs & 9.00am - 3.30pm Friday (34.5 hour work week net lunch breaks)

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the coordination and development of tender and pre-qualification documentation
* Manage the bid/no-bid process in line with internal governance protocols
* Draft compelling content tailored to each opportunity, including case studies, CVs, and technical narratives
* Liaise with senior internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and articulate the business’s strengths
* Maintain and enhance the bid library, supporting consistency and best practice across submissions
* Handle portal submissions, clarification queries, and post-submission follow-up
Experience and Skills Required
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar bid or proposals role within construction, engineering, or a related industry
* Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
* Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Creative Cloud is an advantage
* Well-organised, able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
Qualifications
A relevant third-level qualification in one of the following (or related) fields is preferred:
* Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering
* Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technical Writing
* Graphic Design or Visual Communications (especially useful for design-led bids)
