Senior Project Manager (Kitchens) Experience Required: 1012+ years in kitchens ONLY Package: Highly competitive bespoke package (Vehicle, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone, Accommodation) Overview A leading Irish manufacturer and installer of premium bespoke kitchens is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee nationwide kitchen projects from concept to completion.
This is a senior-level position for someone who lives and breathes the kitchen world cabinetry, layouts, utilities coordination, measurements, installation sequencing, and top-tier customer experience.
The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of kitchens, bespoke cabinetry, manufacturing processes, on-site installation, and understands the detail and precision required in high-end private residential and commercial kitchen fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Full Project Lifecycle Ownership Lead projects from initial survey to handover with full accountability for delivery.
Review kitchen layouts, technical drawings, elevations, services plans, M&E requirements, and specification packs.
Create detailed project schedules with critical paths, supplier timelines, and installation phases.
Conduct site surveys and verify all measurements, connections, and service points before production begins.
Coordinate with design teams, workshop production, installers, and clients.

Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, developers, architects, and contractors.
Manage expectations around timelines, design changes, budget impacts, and installation sequencing.
Deliver clear communication throughout the project lifecycle through progress meetings, site reports, and regular updates.

Workshop & Production Coordination Liaise with the kitchen manufacturing team to ensure all cabinets, worktops, accessories, and components are produced accurately.
Approve technical drawings, materials, edging details, hinges, handles, and bespoke elements.
Monitor production timelines to ensure all items are ready for delivery and installation on schedule.
Conduct quality checks on cabinets, panels, carcasses, and finishes before dispatch.

On-Site Installation Management Manage all aspects of kitchen installation across Ireland.
Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, M&E coordination, and specialist trades (granite/quartz, appliances, tilers).
Ensure correct positioning of plumbing, electrical points, ducting, and structural requirements.
Solve issues on-site quickly misalignments, service clashes, walls out of plumb, appliance tolerances, or missing components.
Carry out regular site inspections, snag lists, and end-of-day installation reports.

Budget & Cost Control Manage project budgets and track variations.
Approve materials, appliances, worktops, accessories, and specialist orders.
Oversee labour allocation, installation hours, overtime, and travel costs.
Liaise with the QS team to ensure projects close out profitably.

Health & Safety Maintain site safety standards for all personnel.
Prepare RAMS when required and coordinate with site safety officers.
Ensure all installations comply with building regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
7.
Handover & Close-Out Complete snag lists, appliance checks, warranty documentation, and client handover packs.
Ensure the client receives a fully functional, perfectly finished kitchen with zero outstanding issues.
Lead a professional final walkthrough with the client or developer.
Requirements 1012+ years experience managing kitchen projects ONLY Deep technical knowledge of: Bespoke kitchen fabrication Carcass construction Worktops (quartz, stone, solid surface, corian, timber) Appliance integration Plumbing & electrical coordination Ventilation, ducting, and structural tolerances Ability to read and interpret highly detailed kitchen drawings.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to deliver premium residential and commercial kitchens.
Strong English (written and spoken).
Full driving licence.
Ability to travel nationwide.
