What you will do
* Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data from ERP, MES, and other business systems.
* Develop dashboards and reports for financial KPIs and operational metrics.
* Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support budgeting and planning.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
* Coordinate end-to-end grant applications including research, documentation, and submission.
* Track grant deadlines, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
* Collaborate with teams to gather data for accurate financial reporting in grant proposals.
* Maintain grant records and prepare progress reports.
* Work with finance, operations, and engineering teams to align data strategies with business goals.
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
How you will do it
* Using SQL, Excel, Python/R, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
* Applying strong understanding of financial statements, cost analysis, and budgeting.
* Using excellent organizational and project management skills to manage grants and reporting.
* Communicating complex insights clearly to stakeholders.
* Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Leveraging knowledge of manufacturing or production environments where applicable.
What we look for
Required
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
* Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and SAP/Sage
* Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach.
Desirable
* Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Power BI.
* Knowledge of cost optimization strategies and lean principles.
