We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead the launch of our new premium forecourt in County Wexford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and running the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring high customer service standards are maintained at all times. About the Role: * Lead a team of management staff including an Assistant Manager, Trainee Manager, Department Managers and Supervisors. * Take ownership of site operations, including managing stock levels, controlling costs and maintaining health & safety standards. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a senior retail manager in a similar environment. They will possess strong commercial awareness and excellent leadership skills.
