THE ROLE:Build an investable transactionpipeline of direct private equity investments into energy transition businessesDevelop a coordinatedorigination strategy based on the identified investable transaction pipelineAbility to execute transactionsthat are approved by Investment Committee by managing internal execution team,external advisors, and counterpartiesMonitoring ongoing performanceof each investee companies to ensure delivery against target growth ambition approvedby Investment CommitteePresent regular Investment Committeeapproval and update papers, as well as periodic reports to all key stakeholderson performance
RequirementsA minimum of 10 years'prior relevant experienceExperience in originating, structuringand executing direct private equity investment into companiesAbility to form enduringrelationships within the business and with investors and investeesStrong interpersonal skills,be able to build rapport quickly and develop long -term business relationshipsA resilient character withthe ability to operate optimally within a fast -paced, private equity -backedenvironment
