OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / MARKETING - Maternity Cover 9-12mths
This role requires collaboration with a team of 8, inter-departmental work and servicing requests from external customers. You will work closely with the team and third parties to ensure the smooth running of the department. The ideal candidate is a team player, resourceful, and action-oriented who enjoys a role with great variety.

Responsibilities
8. Administer marketing purchase orders, sales orders, booking deliveries into the warehouse, maintaining stock reports.
9. Manage the logistics of booking out stocks such as products for photographers, various items for localised trade events and merchandise to sales reps.
10. Update and maintain team reports in collaboration with colleagues, such as budget reports and analytics.
11. Support internal and external customers by managing the marketing@ inbox, distributing and delegating tasks to appropriate individuals.
12. Get quotes and samples for merchandise, placing orders and managing stock.
13. Work across new product, marketing and supplier teams on packaging sign off.
14. Liaise with team members and printers to place orders for all print ranging from stationary to catalogues, and manage stocks.
15. Liaise with team members on booking out product collateral such as display production orders, sales rep requirements, photography and video shoots.
16. QR code management.
17. Assist with the organisation and execution of events - regional, national, and international – coordinating materials, displays and marketing collateral.
18. Deal with ad-hoc requests that come in from around the business.
19. Assist with display production orders.
Your profile
Prior experience in a related field is a huge plus, as is experience in the electrical wholesale or retail trade.
Proven track record of managing administration across a variety of roles, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Interested in the Marketing Function and enjoy this style of work.
Excellent communicator, able to interact with various types of audiences and an ability to manage relationships at all levels.
Proven ability to manage deadlines, good time & task management skills & a structured approach to work.
Attention to detail, good judgement, with a real passion for quality.
PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook.
Experience using SAP,, SharePoint and Teams.
