As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing and training individuals in management capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the comprehensive development program, including task-based and classroom training, to enhance your understanding of various business aspects.
2. Develop customer relationships by providing professional service, identifying selling opportunities, and ensuring staff meet required customer service standards.
3. Promote commercial acumen by seeking out increased business opportunities, being aware of competition, supporting new initiatives, and presenting products creatively.
4. Lead store operations, manage staff, adhere to company policies and procedures, and use authority when necessary.
5. Ensure compliance with legislation affecting the business, including health and safety, licensing, and trading standards.
6. Organize work effectively, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, plan contingencies, and operate within agreed targets and budgets.
7. Maintain high-quality store and personal standards with excellent merchandising skills and set goals for continuous improvement.
8. Encourage teamwork, build cohesion, maintain motivation, deliver training and development needs, and provide constructive feedback.
9. Achieve effective administration through accurate adherence to systems regarding cash, stock, payroll, and marketing.
10. Solve problems proactively, use analytical skills, propose solutions, and take action according to company needs.
