Customer Service Representative Role Summary
This role involves working in a team environment, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat
* Address and resolve concerns related to orders, product information, refunds, commissions and account issues
* Handle product complaints ensuring a prompt resolution in line with company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction
* Provide clear guidance on company policies, promotions and compensation plans
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, business models and compliance guidelines
* Process refunds, exchanges and adjustments in accordance with company policies
* Accurately document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
* Assist customers in navigating back-office systems and understanding their earnings and orders
* Represent the company in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Native language speaker or fluent in English
* Previous experience in customer service preferably in network marketing or direct sales
* Strong communications skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
