Autonomous Vehicle Driver (Bertha Certified)

We are seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support our autonomous vehicle projects. The Bertha certification indicates a high level of competence in real-world vehicle testing, system awareness, and public interaction—critical for gathering meaningful data and maintaining a safe AV experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles with a focus on safety and system performance
* Provide real-time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software tools
* Engage with ride-hailing passengers as part of the AV experience
* Execute route testing in diverse environments, including city and highway scenarios
* Ensure compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data integrity standards
* Generate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with engineering teams
* Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
Required Qualifications:
* Bertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing
* Valid Class C driver's license with a clean record and at least 3 years of experience
* Must be 21 years or older
* Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis
* Excellent judgment, focus, and communication skills
