Project Leader
A successful Project Leader is required for a key fixed-term project at Cental Engineering. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, resource management, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
* Budget and Resource Management: Develop and maintain the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a heavy-engineering, Construction or modular build environment.
