Drive the commercial growth of nano-silicon battery materials in the EV space. Lead customer acquisition, product validation, and revenue generation to position the company as a leader in advanced battery technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business development and market entry for nano-silicon materials
* Build strong relationships with OEMs, battery manufacturers, and integrators
* Manage the full sales cycle—from engagement to revenue
* Translate customer needs into product development plans
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline with strategic go-to-market execution
* Work closely with R&D to align solutions with market demand
* Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility
Requirements
* B.Tech/BE/ME in Chemical, Materials, or Process Engineering preferred
* 7–10 years in B2B technical sales and business development in the EV battery sector
* Strong knowledge of battery value chain and materials applications
* Proven track record in technical sales, market growth, and stakeholder management
* Excellent communication skills to bridge customer and internal teams
* Stable job history (minimum 2 years per role)
