Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering a major ERP implementation and future technology programmes.
As part of the PMO team, you'll oversee technical delivery streams, ensuring all technical solutions are fit for purpose, scalable, and fully aligned with business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work across complex, high-impact projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate technical workstreams across ERP, infrastructure, BI, and integration projects.
2. Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and report on progress to senior leadership.
3. Oversee data migration and BI strategy to ensure clean, accurate, and efficient data flow.
4. Manage RAID logs, risks, dependencies, and change control within the PMO framework.
5. Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and integration.
6. Mentor and guide a cross-functional technical team, driving collaboration and accountability.
7. Ensure alignment between business, IT, and third-party partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
8. 5+ years' experience in IT project management, ideally leading technical ERP or data-focused projects.
9. Strong understanding of data migration, BI development, and systems integration.
10. Solid knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus).
11. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders.
12. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a structured, delivery-driven mindset.
13. Relevant PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent experience.
