In this role, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to lead a high-performing team, achieve sales goals, and uphold the exceptional standards our brand is known for. If you have a talent for leadership, retail excellence, and customer satisfaction, we’d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Manager, you’ll take on a variety of important duties, including:1. Driving Sales & PerformancePartnering with the Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.Analyzing sales data to create actionable strategies that motivate the team to achieve results.Executing marketing campaigns and ensuring compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.Creating attractive displays to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance their skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.Building a positive and motivated team culture focused on achieving consistent results.4. Compliance & Store StandardsEnsuring adherence to store policies and addressing any concerns in collaboration with senior management.Maintaining a safe and secure store environment by implementing loss prevention measures.5. Inventory ManagementMonitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and managing stock discrepancies.Collaborating with management to resolve inventory challenges promptly.6. Store Security & Closing ProceduresSecuring the store at the end of the day, including locking up, setting alarms, and conducting safety checks.Preparing the store for the next business day to ensure smooth operations.7.
