What You'll Do: Lead diverse technology initiatives and engineering teams building event-driven, cloud-native, and full-stack systems Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust cloud-based solutions Own technical decisions across system design, architecture, and delivery Drive agile development and analytical practices across the team Coach, mentor, and develop engineers, supporting their career growth Promote a culture of continuous improvement across operations, processes, and technology choices Ensure solutions meet quality, operational, and architectural standards Foster strong partnerships and transparency between engineering and business teams Engage in technical discussions, solution design, and architectural evaluations Participate in a You-Build-It-You-Run-It (YBIYRI) model, including on-call rotation Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to internal and external engineering communities Who You Are: You are a people-first technology leader with strong leadership acumen and a proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing engineering teams.
You bring deep experience in software engineering, particularly in complex distributed systems, and are technically credible enough to own a technical domain and architectural decisions.
You're highly skilled across the software development lifecycle, engineering excellence practices, Agile methodologies, and project delivery, and you take a hands-on approach—comfortable diving into code alongside your team when needed.
You communicate clearly and influence effectively across technical and business stakeholders.

NET, with additional expertise in Azure services.
