Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrator to coordinate various administrative tasks, work closely with consulates and embassies, and prepare and sign legal documents.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Document Preparation and Signing: Prepare and sign legal documents ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Document Coordination: Coordinate documents requiring legalization working closely with consulates and embassies to facilitate the process.
* Administrative Support: Provide varied administrative support including uploading documents to an internal system printing scanning and ad hoc projects as needed.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless document flow and communication.
* Technical Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office programs to efficiently manage documents and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration or executive assistance preferably in a legal or compliance environment.
* Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs including Word Excel and Outlook.
