About the role: Based in Dublin 12, fulltime onsite Monday to Friday, this role includes: *Providing the end to end service of a customer vehicle service journey Meeting and greeting all service customers Scheduling customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email, walk-in Determining workshop availability for service, maintenance and repair work Maintaining up to date progress on each of your customer vehicles when undergoing service and/or repair, Advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs Handing the serviced vehicle over at the agreed day/time, explaining the work completed and processing payment.
