Financial Leadership Position
The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for safeguarding the company's financial health, driving performance improvement and ensuring the finance function is a strategic enabler of growth.
This role will involve leading financial strategy planning and forecasting aligned with corporate objectives. Ensuring all financial reporting complies with relevant local GAAP and IFRS standards across jurisdictions.
A key aspect of this position is operational and performance management. This includes leading budgeting cost control and margin improvement initiatives across multi-country manufacturing sites.
An additional responsibility will be risk compliance and governance. This involves managing relationships with banks auditors tax authorities and regulatory bodies.
The successful candidate will lead mentor and develop a multinational finance team fostering a high-performance collaborative culture.
This role requires strong leadership skills as well as the ability to manage complex financial data. A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required along with significant experience in a similar role.
