We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our high-growth technology team, building AI-driven solutions for the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure across multiple environments and regions.
* Design, build, and operate Amazon EKS clusters using Karpenter, KEDA, and Git Ops workflows.
* Oversee cluster upgrades, service migrations, and resilience improvements.
* Enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and maintain Argo CD automation.
* Use CloudFormation, Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes manifests to standardize deployments.
* Strengthen observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and centralized logging.
* Implement security best practices across WAF, IAM, Guard Duty, Security Hub, and compliance tooling.
* Support financial operations initiatives, reducing cloud cost inefficiencies and improving spend visibility.
* Troubleshoot complex performance, networking, and distributed systems issues.
Requirements
Technical Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
* Deep experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, ALB, CloudWatch, etc.).
* Strong Kubernetes expertise, including production EKS environments.
* Hands-on experience with Karpenter, KEDA, GitOps, and Argo CD.
* Solid CI/CD background (GitHub Actions preferred).
* Strong knowledge of Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker, Helm, and IaC workflows.
* Excellent troubleshooting across Linux, networking, and distributed systems.
* Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
* Understanding of cloud security and compliance frameworks.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
* Multi-account AWS Organizations, landing zones.
* Experience with Argo Workflows, N8N, or event-driven patterns.
* FinOps tooling and cost optimization experience.
