Total Source is a dynamic and growing company, and we're looking for an energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic individual to join our Galway warehouse team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in implementing and managing new warehouse management software and systems.
Job Responsibilities
* Barcode all shelving and locations within the warehouse.
* Coordinate and carry out stock checks.
* Work closely with our IT provider to implement and maintain new warehouse management software.
* Assist in assembling and setting up new equipment as required.
* Support the launch, testing, and troubleshooting of the new system.
* Contribute to general warehouse and stores operations as needed.
Skills Essential to the candidate for this role
* Strong computer literacy, with experience using Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP B1 (or similar systems).
* Self-motivated with a professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
* Excellent communication skills and fluent English (both written and verbal).
* Full, clean driver's licence required.
* Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.
* Warehouse experience
* A hands-on, positive attitude and willingness to assist in all aspects of daily warehouse operations.
