Job Description:
McMahons Concrete Products Ltd are currently looking for a
Production Supervisor/Foreman
to join the expanding team. This is an exciting role in a busy manufacturing company. The position will require on site supervision of the production team to ensure that works are completed to a high standard and Load products for delivery.
Responsibilities
* Working closely with the General Manager to meet production targets and logistical requirements
* Supervision of production team on site.
* Forklift Load products for delivery (in order of drops)
* Support management and control of day-to-day Health and Safety standards
* Co-ordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
* Maintain production logs.
* Additional training will be provided for the manufacture of our product range.
Required Experience
2+ years experience in a similar production/manufacturing environment.
Must have Forklift experience
Can do attitude and lead by example
Excellent communication skills
Must have Manual handling
Must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
