Payment & Card Products - Senior Manager, Dublin
Location/Office Policy: 3 days per week onsite (Central Park, Leopardstown)

About the Role
Payment & Card Products sit at the heart of how customers interact with AIB every day. An exciting opportunity now exists for a Payment & Card Products Delivery Lead to join the Payment & Card Products Team Reporting to the Head of Payment & Card Products, this senior leadership role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives across AIB’s payments and cards portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
Act as Business Sponsor for key Payment & Card Product initiatives.
Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
Lead delivery of strategic and regulatory changes across payments and cards.
Drive enterprise readiness and stakeholder alignment.
Ensure risks are identified, understood and mitigated appropriately.
Champion a customer-first mindset across all initiatives.
Lead, develop and upskill teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience leading complex strategic and regulatory programmes.
Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience engaging with regulators and representing the organization externally.
Minimum 7 years leadership experience with a track record of developing talent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of the product management lifecycle.
Customer-facing experience is desirable.
