Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (Arabic Speaker)
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Account Management team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers and other stakeholders to support the strategic goals of assigned Enterprise accounts.
Your mission will be to drive growth, enhance consumption, foster account penetration, and build strong stakeholder relationships to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed customer needs.
Fluency in English is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Growth: Collaborate with Account Managers to drive account growth, focusing on expanding product consumption and knowledge of our brands.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping to identify and engage key decision-makers, and stay up-to-date on their interests and influence.
3. Account Penetration: Stay ahead in all Enterprise account interactions, organizing meetings, crafting impactful recap emails, and developing new relationships.
4. Campaign Execution: Work closely with Sales and Success teams to ensure seamless execution, and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to deliver solutions and build advocacy.
5. Learning and Educating: Use your knowledge to make our accounts successful, embracing opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
What We're Looking For:
You have 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, or you're an engineer looking to transition into sales. You bring:
1. Effective prioritization and task management in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong active listening and communication skills, with experience presenting information via phone and email.
3. A data-driven mindset with a focus on meeting measurable targets and problem-solving using data.
4. A self-motivated, results-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering a positive user experience.
5. Flexibility and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
6. Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
