EFlexes is currently seeking an experienced Assembly Operator/Machine Builder for a client based in Shannon, Co. Clare.
The Assembly Operator/Machine Builder will be responsible for working on a new assembly line and assembling products in accordance with specific work instructions and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assembling products on the production line according to technical drawings, instructions, and procedures.
2. Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure smooth operations.
3. Inspecting assembled products to identify and address any faults or defects.
4. Loading components for assembly onto the line and packing completed products into boxes for storage.
5. Halting the assembly line and production if machinery malfunctions or major defects are detected.
6. Maintaining records of mechanical repairs and adjustments.
7. Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections to management.
Requirements:
1. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. At least 2 years of experience working on an assembly line or building machines.
3. Solid understanding of production machinery and assembly procedures.
4. Excellent knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and procedures.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Good physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
