Combine hands-on technical expertise with people leadership to scale high-quality mobile and web testing.
Work in a flexible hybrid role, with weekly on-site collaboration at the Dublin office.
What You'll Do Test Strategy, Planning & Leadership Define and execute comprehensive test strategies across multiple projects and delivery streams.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Dev Ops to plan test coverage based on requirements.
Define test data sets and combinations required to demonstrate success.
Coordinate testing across Dev, Test, E2 E, Pre-Prod, and post-go-live phases.
Define, implement, and manage quality gates for internal teams and third-party suppliers.
What You Bring8+ years' experience in QA engineering, including 3+ years in a lead or senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of QA best practices, methodologies, and processes.
Experience with tools such as JIRA and Zephyr (or equivalent).
In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops integration.
